Firmware Update

MEJW’s products goes through strict quality control before being introduced into the market. As many new storage media and devices are being developed in the  market , new firmware are being released to improve the compatibilities with the duplicator.

Therefore, unless it is necessary to update the firmware to correct the problem, it Is generally not advised to  do it frequently.

Latest Firmware Download

Please email us and let us know the  type of duplicator as well as the model no.

We will email you the latest firmware for that equipment.

Note : The firmware will be a compressed file with an extension of *.7z/

How to update firmware

This function is for the update of firmware. Please unzip the firmware file, store it In the root directory of the hard disk. There are two ways to update the firmware. Please select the method most suitable for you.

(1) Using HDD to update the firmware

(2) Using USB Drive to update the firmware

Problems relating to Firmware Update？

If the duplicator shows "No Update File!!" Please check the following :

1. BIOS file has been decompressed.
2. BIOS file is under the root directory and not stored in any folder.
3. Download the firmware one more time. Unstable data transfer may cause some files to be lost.
4. If the file is stored on a SD card, please make sure the write protect lock is not on.
5. BIOS file for each model is different. Please ensure the file downloaded  applies to the model.
